5. POSTAGE we take no responsibility for postage and handling but offer assistance with the supply of information for tracking and insurance.  All delivery dates are estimates only.
   
1. WITHIN AUSTRALIA is via Australian Registered Post or Express Post to ensure goods are covered by insurance.  A PO Box will NOT be accepted as a valid postal address. Please allow 3 - 10 days for delivery. 
2. INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE is via Australian Registered Post and is covered by postal insurance.  A PO Box will NOT be accepted as a valid postal address.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Flat International Postage Rates (AUD).

6. PRODUCT GUARANTEE we offer a 'satisfaction guarantee' return policy and will replace, exchange, or provide a refund to the full amount as long as
1. You contact TNK within 5 days of receiving the item(s) to obtain a RETURN number and fill out a returns form.
2. All items MUST be in new and unused condition.
3. All RETURNED items must be mailed through registered post.  If a returned item is not registered and it goes missing, your refund is void.
